Reset Printer EPSON CX3100

My printer model is EPSON CX3100. When I use "Best Photo" mode, printed document result always followed by red line that arranged like shadow of each object on the document. What should I do for fix this problems? Thank's before..

Look at your e mail I hope it reached.
Download the attachment it is .rar file.
open it and install it then first use the 'SINGLE or MULTIPLE INK HEAD CLEANING' Option.
I think it may be help you.

Oh! one thing.
At the time of install you must set your printer model. CX3100
It is available in the model list.
Then exit. You will find an icon in the task bar menu.
Right click on it and choose the option.
Two more thing.
1. At the time of install and doing any job from the that particular icon Please switched on the Printer. Otherwise the software can not find your printer.
2. After reset immediately switched off the printer and switched on again, otherwise reset effect result nothing. You have to do it again.
Any thing else Please quarry.

  Does your problem solved or not. Please inform the status here.
  Does the re-setter software able to reset your printer. I hope the result is affirmative.

I've download the software and I've used it until now.
Thank's for ur support its solved my problem. My wasted ink counter reseted too.
